What are the basic service cleaning rates?

Rates start at $99.00. This rate covers bi-weekly basic cleaning for a 1 bedroom/1 bath home or apartment.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cash or Zelle

When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of service. 

Does Klean Sweep offer any discounts?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of special discounts, from regularly scheduled customers, to referrals, to discounted rates when you choose the option of us using your cleaning supplies and equipment. This is our way of thanking you for inviting us into your home and trusting Klean Sweep as your preferred cleaning partners. These exclusive savings are designed to make regular cleanings even more affordable and put money back into your pocket!

Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my house?

Our service prices are based on the tasks completed, rather than based on time.

How are the rates determined?

Our cleaning service plans are based on the average time it takes to clean a home the size of yours. If your home is in a condition that requires special attention and takes more than an extra hour to clean, we reserve the right to bill you for the extra time at an hourly rate.

In the world of housecleaning, the average home size is determined by the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Please note that nontraditional homes or irregular spaces may not be “average” and may require more or less time to clean.

Regular cleanings allow our team to become familiar with your home. Consequently, the cleaning takes less time to complete and your charge is less. That is why weekly, biweekly, or monthly maid service costs less than a first-time or one-time cleaning.

Our rates and dedication to you remain the same whether you book us for a single or recurring cleaning service.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Indeed! Housecleaning makes a fantastic gift for holidays, birthdays, weddings, baby showers, anniversaries, retirements, and housewarmings. It's also a thoughtful way to say 'thank you.' You can conveniently purchase a gift card for any desired amount.

SCHEDULING QUESTIONS

Can I get a same-day booking?

While we cannot guarantee same-day bookings, we can often accommodate them. Please call us directly to discuss your last-minute cleaning needs and we will do our best to assist you. If the  only availability that day is outside of our regular business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm), there will be an additional after-hours fee.

What if I forget that the cleaning team is scheduled to come to my house?
 
A reminder text message will be sent to you the day before your scheduled house cleaning.
  
 Do I have to be home for my cleaning?

Your presence is not required during our cleaning visits. In fact, many of our customers aren’t home when we clean for them. Just leave us with instructions on how to access your home, and we'll take care of the rest!

Can my pets be around during Klean Sweep's cleaning sessions? 

Absolutely, your pets are welcome to stay during the cleaning. They are valuable members of your family. However, please ensure pets are kept in a secure area where they feel comfortable and safe, away from the cleaning process. This helps prevent any stress or discomfort for your pets, and allows our team to clean effectively and efficiently.

When can I expect Klean Sweep to arrive for my cleaning? 

We respect your time, offering precise cleaning times rather than windows. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late due to unforseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, you will be contacted to let you know their ETA.

How do I go about changing or canceling a scheduled cleaning?

We understand plans change, so you're welcome to modify or cancel your scehduled cleaning up to 48 hours prior to the appointment without being charged. If changes or cancellations happen within 48 hours of your appointment, the full-service fee will apply.

Why doesn't Klean Sweep clean on weekends? 

At Klean Sweep, we prioritize work-life balance by choosing not to schedule cleanings on weekends. This decision allows us to devote quality time to our own families and sanctuaries, ensuring we're refreshed and ready to provide exceptional service during the week. On certain occasions, we may be able to accommodate requests outside of our regular business hours. In such cases, a $50 after-hours service fee will apply.

What locations do you service?

Klean Sweep's primary service area is the central Dallas area,  from the Knox Henderson area to Downtown, and everything in between!  

Are cleaning supplies included?

Klean Sweep comes fully equipped to deliver spotless cleaning to your home. However, if you prefer, we can use your supplies and equipment (mop, broom, vacuum) and offer a reduced price tailored to your specific needs. This option ensures we use the products you prefer, eliminating any worries about cross-contamination between homes.

Please have your supplies and equipment readily available upon our arrival if you choose this option.

How many cleaners should I expect?

One cleaner is sent to each home, unless it is predetermined that two cleaners will be needed.

Does Klean Sweep offer add-on or specialty services ?

We offer a wide range of add-on services, such as, interior refrigerator and oven cleaning, interior cabinet and drawer cleaning, interior window cleaning, laundry, dishes, home organization, and more. If there is a cleaning service you don't see listed on our web-site, please feel free to inquire. We will do our best to make your life a little smoother.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Please send a message and photo within 24 hours of the completed service date and we are happy to make arrangements to rectify the situation. Building relationships and rapport is one of our top priorities!

Illness Policy

Your health and safety, along with our amazing team's, is our top priority. We make sure to sanitize all our equipment after every visit, and we'd appreciate a heads up if anyone in your home is under the weather or has caught something that's possibly contagious. That way, we can easily reschedule your appointment to keep everyone happy and healthy. As a small local business, we'll give you a quick call if we need to reshuffle due to any sniffly noses on our end. Your understanding means so much to us!
